Poetic Lace, born Le’Serone Smith, is a Gospel Music Artist and Filmmaker in Jacksonville, FL, that has been capturing the hearts of many from all over the city. Interestingly enough, it’s not because of his Musical Abilities, or his Undeniable Stage Presence; but more so because of the Anointing on His Life. I’ve had the pleasure of attending several events where I’ve witnessed Poetic Lace touch the hearts of those in all age groups and I can tell you, He is a true Man of God. I’ve watched him minister to the people in Jesup, GA and turned the whole event into a Worship moment where several people received healing from within and was mentally set free. I’ve seen him give his all for youth events like the Chili Bowl at Calvary Point. Students counting it not robbery to give him their ear to hear the Word from God – resulting in more than a dozen students giving their life to Christ. Even throughout several Community gatherings in areas like Washington Heights, Eureka Gardens, Southside Apartments and many more, giving out free food, and sound doctrine and I’ve still watched Poetic Lace give his all in a Ministerial Role. God never ceases to amaze me with what He is doing through Poetic Lace. I can’t wait to see what greater impact he will bring. He definitely proves that for him, Gospel music isn’t even scratching the surface of who he is nor what’s inside him. He believes and stands by his famous motto “Each One Must Reach One, Then Each One Must Teach One” and he embodies that; regardless of what’s before him. I definitely believe that Poetic Lace is more than just another Gospel artist like ones we’ve seen in times past. He is a Godly force to be reckoned with. A Man who is unashamed to represent and speak for God. Who will do whatever it takes for what he believes in. Poetic Lace has been proven to be a pure representation of what #YKF (Yahweh’s Kingdom Forever) really means. I have witnessed him prophesy things over many individuals lives that has gone forth and come to pass – even in my own life. It’s evident that he hears from God.
